Ceremony Start time is at 6:00 PM in the Event Barn of Hotel Drover. Please make sure to allot plenty of time to get to the Hotel. The Stockyards can be congested at times especially if you are in a car. Keep reading for more details and tips for our Wedding Day!
Hotel Drover is located in the heart of the Stockyards and there are several different options if you would like to drive yourselves to our Wedding!
Valet with Hotel Drover: Located directly outside of the Front Lobby Doors - Event Valet is $20.
Self Parking: There are several different paid parking lots around the Stockyards that you can use. Please see the picture below or visit this link.
We recommend using a Ride Share to get to the Stockyards! Come early so you can walk around and experience the history and fun that it entails. If you need recommendations on activities visit the "Things to Do" tab above! There are tons of places to shop as well.
When you arrive to the Stockyards, you can have your ride drop you off at the beginning of Mule Alley (the main strip) or they can drop you off directly outside of the hotel.
Please arrive early to ensure there are no travel issues that would delay you! When you get to the Hotel, please enter through the doors that have 97 West above them (see picture below). Come inside and enjoy a drink at the bar until it is time to transition to the ceremony location!
The Ceremony will be outside (15 minutes MAX I promise) and we will hold everyone inside the hotel until it is time to transition to your seats. There will be people to help direct you where to go as it gets closer to the start of the Ceremony.
